Before you even think about “The Mix,” you need the right tools. Elite results require elite preparation.

- Alcohol Swabs: Non-negotiable for maintaining a clinical environment.
- Sterile Syringes: Typically U-100 insulin syringes (1mL/100 units) for maximum precision.

Step 1: The Art of Reconstitution (The Mix)
Reconstitution is the process of transforming your freeze-dried powder into a bio-available liquid solution. This is where most beginners make their first mistake. Peptides are delicate molecular structures: treat them like luxury crystal.
The Technical Protocol:
- Sanitize: Use an alcohol swab to vigorously clean the rubber stoppers of both your BAC water and your peptide vial. Let them air dry for 30 seconds.
- Pressure Equalization: Draw an amount of air into your syringe equal to the amount of liquid you intend to draw. Inject that air into the BAC water vial. This prevents a vacuum from making your draw difficult.
- The Draw: Slowly draw your desired volume of BAC water (usually 1mL or 2mL depending on your concentration goals).
- The “Wall Trick”: This is the secret to preserving peptide integrity. When injecting the BAC water into the peptide vial, angle the needle against the glass wall. Do not spray the water directly onto the powder. Let it trickle down gently.
- The Gentle Swirl: Once the liquid is in, remove the syringe. Do NOT shake the vial. Shaking can denature the peptide bonds, rendering your “triple agonist” effectively useless. Instead, gently roll the vial between your palms or swirl it slowly until the solution is crystal clear.
